When do I receive my refund after cancelling my product? Print

As soon as we've processed your cancellation, we'll refund you. The time it takes for a refund to appear on your bank account depends on you payment method.

iDEAL & Apple Pay: within 3 working days
Credit card: the reservation is cancelled after 3 days
Pre-payment: you don't have to pay anymore. Did you already pay the amount? We'll refund it 3 working days after we receive it.
